We know our customers sometimes wonder if prices will drop after they buy — and we don’t want you to worry about that! With Space General’s 30-Day Price Promise, you can shop anytime with complete confidence!

If you buy any product for home use from Space General and that same item drops in price within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll issue you Space General Store Credit for the difference. Your store credit is fully trackable, has no expiry date, and can be used anytime for future purchases. Simple as that!

How It Works

  • Shop online at Space General
  • If the same product (same SKU) is advertised at a lower price on our website within 30 days of your purchase, you’ll receive Space General Store Credit equal to the difference between what you paid and the lower price.

Conditions Apply:

  • Applies to home-use purchases only – business, wholesale, or trade orders are excluded.
  • Excludes price changes caused by genuine pricing errors.
  • Items that have been refunded, exchanged, or credited are excluded.
  • Minimum claim value: $1.
  • Submit your claim online at spacegeneral.co.nz/pages/contact-us within 30 days of your purchase.
  • If a promotion offers a bundle or a free gift, the free gift isn’t part of our 30-day price protection. The price protection only applies to the product with the price difference.
  • Space General reserves the right to determine what qualifies as “home use.”

Simply place an order on items that support a healthy lifestyle between 6-24 July to enter. 3 Vivo Gift cards up for grabs!

  1. Open to New Zealand residents only. Employees, contractors, and suppliers of Space General, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible.
  2. To enter, customers must place an order on our website during the promotional period — July 6 to July 24 2026. No additional steps required.
  3. Each valid purchase during the campaign period counts as one entry.
  4. Three (3) winners will be drawn at random and will each receive a $150 Vivo Gift Card. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or store credit.
  5. Winners will be announced on July 27, 2026 via our Website and Social Media pages and will be further contacted via email. To claim the prize, winners must respond within 7 days with a valid NZ delivery address. If we don’t hear back, a new winner will be selected.
  6. Space General is not liable for any technical issues that prevent entry, including but not limited to website errors or email delivery problems.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel, change, or pause the competition due to unforeseen events, technical issues, or tampering.
