Space General Shipping Policy

At Space General, getting your order to you as quickly as possible is our top priority. We pride ourselves on prompt processing and reliable delivery so you can enjoy your new items without delay.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • New Zealand: Nationwide

2. Fast Order Processing

  • 90%+ of orders placed before 1pm ship the same day.

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment.

  • Orders on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. NZ Delivery Times

Orders are delivered overnight nationwide using NZ Post.
For bulk orders, we use Fliway as our service provider.
Please allow an extra 1–2 days for rural deliveries and for oversized items.

5. Tracking Your Order

We’ll email you a tracking number once your order ships so you can track your order online.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim for speedy delivery, unexpected delays (weather, couriers, etc.) may occur. We’ll keep you updated where possible.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or missing items, email us at contact@spacegeneral.co.nz with your order number and photos. We’ll sort it quickly.

8. International Shipping

Australia: You are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs charges. Delivery time may vary due to customs clearance.

9. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot be held responsible for issues due to incorrect details.
