Shipping policy
We use New Zealand Post for most of our deliveries, and shipping New Zealand Wide. The shipping fee for your order is determined based on the size and weight of the products you are purchasing.
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days for North Island, 2-4 business days for South Island.
Oversized items: Please allow an additional 2-4 working days.
Oversized Item Delivery – Rural Areas: If your shipping address is in a rural region, additional delivery charges may apply.

Please note: Parcel deliveries to PO Boxes are unavailable. Some products may incur additional shipping charges due to their size or weight.
