Below are our cut-off times. If you place your order before these dates, we guarantee it will be delivered before Christmas!

- North Island: Thursday 18 December
- South Island: Wednesday 17 December
🚛Bulk Oversized Delivery Services:
(Not included in the Santa Delivery Guarantee)

- North Island: Monday 15 December
- South Island: Thursday 11 December

If a product in your order carries the Santa’s Schedule Guarantee and isn't delivered before Christmas, we’ll:
Refund your shipping fee in full.
You’ve earned a $10 account credit to use on your next order.
Work tirelessly to ensure we don’t slip up again.

1. Eligibility
The Santa’s Schedule Guarantee applies when all of the following conditions are met:
Guaranteed Products
- The product displays the Santa’s Schedule Guarantee badge on its product page.
- The item is in stock at the time of purchase.
- Preorder items and bulk/oversized items are not included.
Christmas Cut-off Dates
Your order must be placed on or before the relevant cut-off date:
Courier Delivery Services (Guaranteed)
- Auckland: 20 December
- North Island: 18 December
- South Island: 17 December
Customer Responsibilities
- To qualify, customers must:
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Ensure there is reasonable access for couriers.
- Place the order before the cut-off dates listed above.
The Santa’s Schedule Guarantee does not apply to:
Excluded Products
- Bulk / oversized items (these are not eligible for the guarantee)
- Pre-Order Items
Excluded Situations
The guarantee does not apply when delays are caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Missed courier delivery attempts.
- Preorder or out-of-stock items.
- Events outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, courier network disruptions, or government restrictions.
If a guaranteed item does not arrive before Christmas, you are eligible for compensation once the delay is verified.
What You’ll Receive:
For each eligible order:
- A full refund of the delivery fee, and
- $10 account credit added to your Space General account.
Account Credit Details
- Account credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Compensation is applied once per order, regardless of how many items were delayed.
How to Make a Claim
- Claims can be submitted if the guaranteed delivery date has passed and your order hasn’t arrived.
- You can lodge a claim via the link in your order confirmation or through our website.
- Claims must be made within 10 days after Christmas.
- You may be asked a few simple questions about your delivery experience for verification.
