The recumbent exercise bike combines lower-body cycling with integrated resistance bands for upper-body training. Its adjustable seat moves forward and backward using a lever, while the backrest can be raised or lowered to suit different users.

Eight magnetic resistance levels provide gradual workout adjustment, with up to 31.8 kg of peak resistance. The side-mounted resistance control, LCD display, phone holder and Bluetooth app connectivity make it suitable for convenient indoor exercise.
