We usually use multiple courier companies such as Mainfreight, Fliway, and Bascik Transport for our biggest and heaviest orders.

The drivers (normally two) will typically contact you before delivery to ensure you're home. They will deliver your item to your front door or the ground floor of your address

Please note: Shipping for oversized items typically takes an additional 2-3 days compared to standard courier services.

Pre-Order Products: Here's What You Need to Know

When you see a product labelled as 'Pre-Order', it indicates that the product isn't ready for immediate delivery. However, by pre-ordering, you ensure you'll get it as soon as it's available.

Please note: You can purchase both in-stock and pre-order items in the same order, and we will send you your in-stock items straight away, with your pre-order items arriving at a later date once they arrive.

Estimated Dispatch Date:
We understand the anticipation of waiting for your favourite items. That's why we'll always provide you with the estimated dispatch date for pre-ordered products, enabling you to decide if you're up for the wait.

Dispatch date is an estimate only and is subject to change.
