The magnetic rowing machine uses a 120° outward sculling-style arm motion to provide a wider, more natural upper-body movement. Its independent rowing arms support single-arm, alternating and synchronised strokes, engaging the back, arms and other major muscle groups.

With 16 magnetic resistance levels and up to 36.3 kg of peak resistance, the rower supports progressive home training at a range of intensities. Its black alloy-steel frame supports users up to 158.8 kg and 193 cm tall.
